BOOK-KEEPING

Bibbys support clients’ book-keeping needs at all levels. This ranges from providing telephone support to clients’ in-house book-keepers to preparing the records for clients in their entirety.

The work is undertaken wherever it is most convenient for our clients, either at their premises or in our offices. Our staff have a good knowledge of many computerised accounts packages.

All our book-keeping services are supplied by staff based in Chudleigh and all records are maintained under our control. We are aware that some firms are outsourcing book-keeping and accounts preparation work to remote sites, not always in the U.K. This is not something that we support.

PAYROLL

Our dedicated payroll department offers competitive rates to those businesses that seek to outsource their payroll function. This service is usually offered on an agreed fee basis, which includes the completion of all statutory forms and communication with HM Revenue & Customs. From 2010 many returns can only be submitted online and we can take away the pressures imposed on businesses.

We can assist you in dealing with PAYE inspections and investigations (the costs of which can be covered by our TaxSafe* fee protection scheme).
